1 segment galangal
3 cloves garlic
4 cloves shallots

Step
30 minutes
Gnetum and boiled peanuts for 10-15mnt; input of corn.
Blend seasonings (garlic, onion, nutmeg, Cayenne, sugar, asem jawa) give a little bit of salt. Crushed galangal.
Input into the stew
The input young jackfruit, chayote. Add sugar, vinegar and seasoning to taste.
