Materials
150 g flour versatile
1 tsp yeast
200 ml coconut milk
1 egg
85 grams of granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
50 ml cooking oil
Step
Mix the flour and the yeast. Set aside.
Mixer eggs, granulated sugar, salt and vanilla powder.
Add the flour mixture and coconut milk alternately to beaten eggs.
Add cooking oil. Mix well.
Cook on low heat mold. Cover the mold if the batter already bubbly.
